What we do...
Foody Tours provides independent gourmet tasting tours for small groups of foodies in the West of Ireland.
On our ‘Best Of...’ tours, our guests taste – and learn about – the very best local artisan produce and unique dishes, craft beers, wine and spirits, while visiting a minimum of five independently selected tried-and-tested venues all in the course of one evening. They meet some of the producers, chefs and restaurant/ venue owners behind the food, as they sample their showcase dishes at some of the best food destinations on the Wild Atlantic Way.

If you appreciate good food and have a sense of adventure, Foody Tours is for you. Our guests tend to be a great mix of locals and visitors, united by their passion for quality, fun and finding fabulous food! Our tours to date have included top restaurants, hotels, pubs and food destinations in Westport, Castlebar and soon, Ballina, in County Mayo.

“I went on a food tour of Westport with Siobhan in September. I hadn't been on one of these tours before so didn't really know what to expect. I thoroughly enjoyed the day! it was fantastic from start to finish. We visited so many restaurants and ate so much beautiful food and those who were drinking sampled wine in every restaurant! I honestly don't know how I ate so much but it was hard to say no when the food was so tempting. The last stop was in Hotel Westport where we had a drinks stop. There was a local brew and cocktails served up. As I'm expecting and there were a few drivers we got non alcoholic cocktails which tasted divine! I would thoroughly recommend a tour with Siobhan as we had such a laugh and it was fantastic value for money. Can't wait to book up again. Next time we said we would stay in Hotel Westport after to finish off a great day with a night on the tiles!
